NEW CLIENT: If you are a potential client seeking treatment for you and/or your family, please schedule a Complimentary Connection Call with Care Coordinator, Maddie Wyatt. This helps our clinical director and practice owner, Jenn Birch, match you with the best fit therapist and best meet your needs. Please note we are an out of network practice. If you are a parent booking for a minor, please ensure the profile & appointment are under your child’s name. We ask that you complete the appropriate consent forms PRIOR to your first appointment.

INTERESTED IN PSYCHOLOGICAL TESTING: If you are a potential client seeking a psychological evaluation, ages 7-17, please schedule a Complimentary Consult Call (below), with LPA, Kate Bridgers.

As of June 1st, Birch Therapy has expanded their central Raleigh location and meets clients at both 1026 and 1042 Washington Street.

RETURNING CLIENT: If you are an existing client booking your appointment, please ensure you are: Selecting the correct therapist, Selecting the right session type (adult versus child; in person versus virtual), and Selecting the right session length.

As a Certified Neurodiversity Coach™ specializing in ADHD and Executive Function, I believe every client is naturally creative, resourceful, and capable of growth.

My role is to help clients better understand how their brain works, build on their strengths, and develop practical strategies that support long-term success.

For student clients, I partner with both the student and their parents to foster increasing independence while building the confidence and skills needed to thrive.

For adult clients, I work directly with them to translate insight into action—strengthening executive function skills, creating practical systems, and building greater consistency in everyday life.
